OUR AUBERGINE SPREAD is tasty, vegan and gluten free! Made from an old family recipe that offers distinct smoky garlic flavor combined with several varieties of mesquite grilled eggplants. It tastes great tossed with hot or cold pasta, add Parmesan and fresh vegetables and enjoy. Spread on artisan breads, sprinkle with your favorite cheese and chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts and you have created a sensational hors d’oeuvres. Glaze or marinade your favorite meat, poultry or fish to enhance grilled food. Aubergine is a healthy substitute for butter and mayonnaise. And, it is a versatile stuffing for Porta Bella mushrooms, tomatoes or chicken breasts. Pair with our own Double Baked Crackers and a glass of wine.
